Reframing AI: A Catalyst for Climate Action and Agile Business Strategy
Climate change isn’t slowing down, but momentum behind climate action is. Globally, organizations are cutting sustainability budgets, ESG conversations increasingly politicized and boards are asking hard questions about short-term ROI. The challenge for climate leaders is no longer just about setting and meeting emissions targets. It’s about proving value quickly, focusing resources wisely, and keeping climate on the business agenda when attention is scarce.
This session will show how AI and agile ways of working can unlock climate value faster. You’ll learn how AI can help teams cut through complexity, identify high-impact opportunities and automate low-value tasks. Agile strategy helps sustainability leaders focus, adapt in real time, and deliver measurable progress without waiting for perfect conditions.
We’ll also explore how organizations are building custom AI tools that fit their climate goals, from tracking emissions and streamlining disclosures to supporting bold, data-driven decisions. Whether you’re scaling existing efforts or starting fresh, this session offers a new way to think: how to find the value that matters, and deliver it faster.
