After Automation: Rebuilding Human Purpose in the Age of AI

July 10th @ 9 - 10:20am EST /3 - 4:20pm CEST

AI isn't just changing how we work - it's dismantling the identities many of us built around it, indicated by a fundamental shift in the relationship between humans, work, and value.

This is not a workshop where the facilitator has the answers. It's a thinking workshop — a structured space for participants to slow down, reflect honestly, process, and work through the big questions together: What do we uniquely offer that AI can't replace? What would it mean to organise around that? What does a regenerative response to AI disruption actually look like in practice? And what would it mean for us if we cannot find (desirable) answers?

The workshop is open to anyone, regardless of their stance towards AI. Through peer conversation, collaborative exercises, and reflection rooted in regenerative thinking and Agile principles, the answers emerge from the room, not the slides. Participants may leave with clarity, ideas, food for thought or even more questions - but they'll know they're not alone in asking them, and that it's ok not to have answers.
