About the Speaker

Over the years, Scott has worked with diverse clients, from global pharmaceutical companies to banks, financial institutions, and software development teams. He has provided Agile coaching and training, implemented SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management practices, and helped teams prioritise customer needs and align their development efforts accordingly. Scott's approach to Agile coaching is rooted in his passion for creating a shared vision and a safe space for experimentation.

Scott is a true advocate for the Agile community, as demonstrated by his involvement as a Founder of the Agile20Reflect global festival. Scott has also spoken at various conferences and meetups, including Agile 2022, lean Agile London 2022, Lean Agile Scotland 2022 and many more.
