I see business agility as a way to transform our organizations and, consequently, our society. My passion is to support teams in their journey towards high collaboration and impact. I believe that more human and conscious leadership will guide the organizations of the future. And I believe that everyone can be such a leader.
I write as a way to connect ideas and deliver value, so that we continue building a community. I have a deep interest in fostering a more diverse society with equal opportunities and powerful conversations.
Mi carrera profesional ha transcurrido entre el software y las transformaciones digitales, acompañando a las personas y las organizaciones a enfrentar el desafío de reinventarse y evolucionar en este mundo complejo, hiperconectado e incierto.
Veo en la agilidad empresarial una forma de transformar nuestras organizaciones y por consiguiente, nuestra sociedad.
