Value Beyond Money - Mapping Ecosystems for Collective Action - Towards a Better Future.
In a world facing urgent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges, aligning diverse stakeholders across organisations, sectors, and communities has never been more vital or more complex.. This talk explores moving beyond traditional definitions of value - money - as the only currency of collaboration.
Using Value Dynamics Mapping, we'll uncover how different actors perceive, create, consume and exchange value in diverse ways. We'll see how these forms of value flow, interact, and shape decisions within complex adaptive ecosystems.
We’ll explore how Value Dynamics Mapping can also help to:
enable coordinated action across boundaries
facilitate inclusive multi-perspective design,
bridge divides and creates shared understanding,
create collective ownership and accountability,
accelerate learning and adaptation,
build trust,
make complexity visible,
align efforts toward common goals.
By the end of the session, participants will be invited to rethink collaboration for a better, more regenerative future. The session offers a practical and visual way to bring together stakeholders with different perspectives - helping us see the whole system, not just our part in it.
17th Sept @ 10:00am - 10:40pam
