Agility With No Borders: Scaling Local Hope into Global Impact
How do you turn a single community project into a repeatable engine for dignified livelihoods—without throwing money at it? Drawing on real-world work in suburban Paris, Sri Lankan tea estates, rural villages in Nepal, this talk shows how ultra-lightweight, sprint-based cycles can ignite youth employability, women-led micro-enterprises, and Sustainable Development Goal outcomes in parallel. Participants will learn how we are inviting these people into "a dialogic launch pad for dignity", reaching financial / social and professional autonomy, using the best of the agile practices and efficient Dialogic Organizational Development principles.
Meanwhile, you will catch how we host generative spaces of solutions and commitment, while raising the 21st century essential skills. We’ll walk through practical artefacts—facilitation canvases, peer-mentoring loops, and rapid-learning metrics—that any NGO, school, or grassroots collective can copy tomorrow. Along the way we’ll surface tough lessons on power dynamics, cultural humility, 21st century essential skills, and the 17 SDG accounting, plus tips for knitting local wins into a global learning network.
Attendees leave with a downloadable starter kit and the confidence to prototype their own planet-positive livelihood labs in just a couple of weeks.
