About the Team
Anjali Leon is the co-founder of HitRefresh, a global community dedicated to workplace well-being and resilience. She creates experiences that help people slow down, connect more deeply with themselves and others, and cultivate the human capacities needed to thrive in a complex world.
Anjali's signature practice, HeartStorming™, combines courageous sharing with deep listening to create the rare experience of feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. Through her leadership development practice, PPL Coach, she also helps leaders make the pivotal transition from expert to empowering leader.
Lakshmi Ramaseshan is a co-founder and steward of HitRefresh, a global community focused on workplace well-being and resilience. She is a mindfulness practitioner and frequent facilitator of practices centered on grounding, gratitude, and self-love.
She also works as an Enterprise Transformation Coach, supporting individuals and organizations in building sustainable high performance, with a current focus on cultivating balance and flow in her own life and work.
As a HitRefresh co-founder, steward, and facilitator, Jennifer creates space for individuals to pause, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate resilience from within. Facilitating sessions like Bend Like a Tree, she supports others in feeling grounded, adaptable, and empowered.
Professionally, Jennifer is a technical Agile leader with a passion for personal growth and a relentless pursuit of excellence in innovative, collaborative environments.
