Using Agility, Permaculture, and Biohacking to Create a Resilient Future for Ourselves and Others
In this interactive and visionary session, we’ll explore how agility, permaculture, and biohacking can come together to build more resilient, adaptive, and joyful futures—for individuals, teams, and the planet. We’ll connect Agile principles with nature’s own regenerative systems and examine how the biohacker’s mindset can help us tune into both personal and collective well-being.
Through storytelling, embodied practices, and small-group dialogue, you’ll explore:
How Agile can be rooted in care for the earth and care for people
How permaculture ethics and design principles apply beyond land—into teams, leadership, and product development
How self-experimentation and nervous system regulation can become tools for personal and systemic change starting with the individual
This workshop will invite you to reconnect with your own energy cycles and values, and you’ll walk away with practical tools, a few paradigm shifts, and a sense of grounded possibility.
Sept 18th @ 11:10am - 12:30pm EST/17:10pm - 18:30pm CEST
