Between Burnout and Delivery: A Practice for Sustainable Change Agents

July 10th @ 10:40 - 12 noon EDT /4:40 - 6pm CEST

Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and change agents live inside impossible polarities every day: holding space vs. driving delivery; servant leadership vs. personal authority; individual resilience vs. collective responsibility; caring for others vs. caring for oneself; short-term pressure vs. long-term sustainability.

When we pick a side, we burn out. When we try to “balance,” we get lost.

In this interactive session, I will share Support Circles — a practice I developed to help change agents sustain themselves and each other in high-pressure transformations. Rooted in group supervision, peer coaching, and human-centered leadership, Support Circles are a structural answer to a systemic problem: we ask our change agents to hold tension for entire organizations, and give them almost nothing to hold the tension for themselves.

Together we will:

  • Map the real polarities that drain change agents in our work

  • Experience a live mini-Support Circle

  • Walk away with three adaptable models you can run with your own teams next week

This session is for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, leaders, and anyone holding others’ transformations without a place to hold their own.
